The Long Night of the Churches is the first white night of the places of worship in which music, art and culture merge in terms of reflection and spirituality.
The Long Night of the Churches is an event organized by the BellunoLaNotte.com association with the collaboration of the participating Diocese. The idea was born in 2016 from the already implemented and successful project of the “Lange Nacht der Kirchen” which took place in Austria for several years, involving hundreds of churches at the same time.
HOW IT WORKS
For a day in the splendid setting of our churches, various cultural initiatives and programs are organized: music, guided tours, exhibitions, theater, readings, moments of reflection and much more. The collaboration is with the Italian Diocese, their Vicariates for Culture, the Offices of Sacred Art and the Youth Pastoral Ministry.
An opportunity for all, religious or otherwise, to participate in an evocative and exceptional event, of great involvement, because on this occasion it will be possible to visit the sacred places of our cities in an absolutely original way.
There are many events proposed during the Long Night of the Churches, which are always free and open to all with free admission.
